When you’re in your local box, it feels like home.
You know everyone who takes class at that hour. You give each other high fives before workouts. You get nervous for “3, 2, 1, go” as a group. You groan with each another mid-WOD when you’re in a dark place. Most importantly, you know you belong in the community.
Beyond the Box aims to provide that community and guidance even when you can’t be in the box.
It means taking care of your body in the other 23 hours of the day outside of the gym, and how important that can be to help while you are in the gym.
